Full Concierge: For couples who prefer to focus entirely on themselves and their families and want to enjoy the upcoming days and celebrations worry-free and stress-free. Here, we take care of everything: concept, planning, execution, and personal support on-site during the “big day.”

How much does a destination wedding planner in the Alps cost?
The planning fee depends on the type, size and complexity of your celebration. Mont-e-Val offers two levels of support: our Boutique Atelier for couples who want to organise their wedding themselves with professional guidance, and our Full Concierge for complete planning and coordination. Boutique Atelier services start from €750, while full-service planning for a destination wedding starts from €5,500. Following an initial consultation, we provide a transparent fixed-price proposal tailored to your celebration.
Where in the Alps does Mont-e-Val plan weddings?
We plan destination weddings and elopements across selected Alpine regions, with a particular focus on Bavaria and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Tyrol, South Tyrol and Salzburg, as well as selected destinations from the Engadin to Lake Como. The right location depends on the season, number of guests and the atmosphere you want to create.

Yes. Elopements and intimate weddings are at the heart of what we do. Smaller celebrations can open the door to extraordinary Alpine settings — from secluded chalets and mountain lakes to historic chapels and places surrounded by nature. We offer both consulting and concept development through our Boutique Atelier and complete planning through our Full Concierge service.
What is the best time of year for a wedding in the Alps?
There is no single best season. Summer offers long days and access to higher Alpine locations, autumn brings quieter surroundings and spectacular colours, while winter creates an entirely different mountain atmosphere. Location and altitude matter as much as the month itself, which is why seasonality forms part of our location scouting and planning from the beginning.
