Full Service Wedding Planning & Coordination

Every journey begins with a personal consultation. From there, we guide the process with clarity, structure, and sensitivity. As wedding planners, we coordinate a perfect overall experience—featuring the right venues and partners—based on your wishes and vision. 


Or to put it another way: You tell us who you’d like to have there and where, and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

This includes virtually everything, from drafting the overall concept and design, coordinating and organizing partners, and managing contracts with venues, to invitations, stationery, and…finally, the cherry on top.

 

Together with you, we select the partners you’d like to have and coordinate them with one another—such as florists, photographers, a top-notch catering team, a unique vehicle for the bride and groom, music and fireworks, or even a keynote speaker, magician, dancers, and more. We meticulously tailor and coordinate every single element so that on the big day, everything comes together seamlessly, with you as the stars of the show. Of course, we can also include activities for your guests.

 

This saves you days—and possibly weeks—of preparation in a distant location, allowing you to focus on what really matters: the anticipation with your partner, as well as with friends and family.

Of course, we won’t leave you on your own on the big day; we’ll be there to offer advice and assistance, and we’re also happy to support your guests. 


Transparency


Trust in a wedding planner is essential. That’s why we select our vendors based on their expertise and your preferences, not on a commission-based model. Your wishes and interests always come first. We, on the other hand, offer our services for a fixed price. 

You will receive the contract and the corresponding invoice directly from all service providers.

How much planning may we take over?

We generally offer two service packages: “Boutique Atelier” and “Full Concierge Service.”


Boutique Atelier is designed for couples who want to take the reins when it comes to planning and organizing, but still desire professional advice on destinations, venues, activities, and vendors.


For couples who prefer to focus entirely on themselves and their families and want to enjoy the upcoming days and celebrations worry-free and stress-free, we offer our “Full Concierge” service, where we take care of everything: concept, planning, execution, and personal support on-site on the “big day.”

Our Full Concierge service offers end-to-end support throughout the entire celebration.


From the initial concept to location scouting, service provider selection and on-site coordination, we take care of all details with discretion and precision — allowing the experience to unfold effortlessly, while you remain fully present in the moment.

We spent an incredible time in an alpine valley. The elopement was organized in every detail, but the pick-up at the airport, and the balloon flight over the peaks after the ceremony was just as incredible. Without Mont-e-Val, we would not have had such an everlasting day!
